For more than 25 years, Samantha has worked with public, private, and nonprofit organizations in the development and talent space—creating clarity on how to perform under pressure, remove performance blind spots, and implement talent systems and processes. A leader herself in Corporate America as the VP of Talent, US at Toshiba; HR Operations & Talent Partner at McAfee; HR Partner for Tax, Assurance, and Consulting at KPMG; and VP of HR at National Capital Bank of Washington, Samantha has served in strategic roles where she was tasked with driving business outcomes and managing culture through improving human capital management systems. Shifting into consulting with venture capital firms, she coached middle-market and start-up business executives on organizational growth, team dynamics, and increasing leadership capacity.

 
Since launching GrowthFuel in 2014, Samantha has coached hundreds of executives and leaders across various industries on how to stay connected, competitive, and in control of their influencing power with brain-based science. She is focused on working with leaders, team, and organizations to:

A sought-after national speaker at women’s conferences, Samantha has also been asked to testify in front of U.S. Congress on gender intelligence. Her contributions to the Congressional working group, Women in the 21st Century Workforce, helped assess challenges women face in the workforce, identify solutions to address them, and create awareness for how the lack of gender intelligence can lead to women not feeling seen, heard, or valued.
